English Language Center
Provides English instruction for students who do not speak English as their native language. Customized programs are available.
Interpreting Services
Provides interpreters to deaf and hard-of-hearing students for classes and extracurricular activities.
Office of Co-op and Career Services
Cooperative Education, or co-op, integrates classroom study with work experience in industry. It allows students to alternate periods of full-time study at RIT with periods of full-time, paid employment that is related to their academic major. Students often return to the same employer in successive work periods, although neither party is obligated to follow this arrangement. Cooperative work assignments are to be challenging and progressive, reflecting the student's growth and knowledge and practical experience.
